A Tribute to Harriet Avery
For many years. the late Harriet Avery was the Regional Coordinator for the Massachusetts Region of JASNA. Her leadership was effective and enlightened and Harriet become a figure known and loved by many in our region.
Health concerns eventually forced her to retire from her post. In honor of all she did for our Region, we established a fund that will
help pay the stipend of a lecturer for one of our Regional meetings each season. The lecturer will be named the Harriet Avery speaker for the year.
If you are interested in contributing to this fund, please write a check to JASNA Massachusetts and specify "Harriet Avery Fund" in the memo section.
